This conveyor mounted sealing solution is ideal for applications requiring valve bags be hermetically sealed, but not necessarily on the filler prior to discharge. The sealer is supplied mounted on a belt conveyor with all necessary bag conditioners. Sealing bags downstream of packing allows for unrestricted packer performance and maximized production. As with all Technipes ultrasonic sealing solutions, the valve sleeve is cleaned prior to sealing for optimized seal reliability.
